This is the cutest little pom-pom dress I ever did see! The stripe is more of a lilac than blue. It can be worn on the shoulder or off of the shoulder. The pom-poms are navy blue, white and red! This is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex. There are 3 large snaps in the crotch but can probably be put on through the neck area also.
