Returns for Non-Handmade Items

Most non-handmade merchandise, including baby gifts, home décor, and other retail products, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Handmade & Custom Items

Because our handcrafted shell art and personalized items are individually created, all handmade and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Baby Products & Hygiene Items

For the health and safety of our customers, pacifiers, teethers, feeding accessories, and any other baby or personal care items that have been opened, used, or had their original safety seal or packaging removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

If one of these items arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged.
